Then there is Dr. Ian Smith's 4 Day Diet which I can say, I tried and it worked. I am not a believer of diets in the sense of being on a diet, as I love to eat and my rationale is that I just need to exercise consistently. However, since I was preparing to interview Dr. Smith on the Health & Wellness Show, I wanted to prepare not only in reading the book and asking him random questions but I wanted to try it for myself to share my personal results with the listeners.
