Power of Going Green - For Your Health

Settle down and grab your spectacles. It's time to take a serious look at going green. We're not talking about the recycle, conserve, compost, etc., kind of green. We should have that form of going green already in the way of our daily life style. The going green that we're looking into is the green leafy vegetables that are excellent sources of minerals, vitamins and fiber. In fact, the plant based substance may even help to prevent diabetes, cancer and heart disease.
The following greens are among the top ten list that are highly recommended for you:
*Kale
*Collard Greens
*Turnip Greens
*Swiss Chard
*Spinach
*Mustard Greens

*Red and Green Leaf and Romaine Lettuce
